For those who were born in the previous century, 50’s
or 60’s, the word Vietnam still means war, napalm, Mỹ Lai. But, as Dylan said,
"Times have changed". A pair of giant, stone hands emerge from the
verdant hills where the bombs used to explode, lifting a gleaming bridge
towards the sky. Cau Vang - meaning "gold bridge" - just opened near
Da Nang in the heart of the country.
