      Em abril de 1984, enquanto eram feitos os preparativos para o relançamento dos três álbuns dos Velvet Underground pela MGM, "The Velvet Underground and Nico", "White Light, White Heat" e "The Velvet Underground", algumas bobines gravadas foram descobertas acidentalmente. Constatou-se que muitas das fitas eram de gravações perdidas feitas para o quarto LP da banda pela MGM, que nunca foi lançado. Depois de alguma preparação, as canções foram alinhadas e o último tema do lado B era I'm Sticking with You. 

      Ao contrário do que algumas pessoas pensam, não é Nico que canta com Lou Reed mas Maureen Tucker, também conhecida por Moe Tucker, que era a responsável pela percussão da banda. Quanto à canção, a melodia é tão simples que chegou a ser cantada por crianças nas festas escolares.
