Silver Bells - Bing Crosby

Merry Xmas Josh Turner and your sweet company! This carol is so magical, and Allison Young and Emma Harnerboth have such lovely voices! The first recorded version was by Bing Crosby and Carol Richards on September, 1950, with John Scott Trotter and His Orchestra and the Lee Gordon Singers.

City sidewalks, busy sidewalks dressed in holiday style

In the air, there's a feeling of Christmas

Children laughing, people passing meeting smile after smile

And on every street corner you'll hear.

Silver bells (silver bells), silver bells (silver bells)

It's Christmas time in the city

Ring-a-ling (ring-a-ling), hear them ring (hear them ring)

Soon it will be Christmas day.

Strings of streetlights even stop lights

blink a bright red and green

As the shoppers rush home with their treasures.

Hear the snow crunch, see the kids rush

This is Santa's big day and above all this bustle you'll hear.
